Transmission
Rabies is spread by the bite of an animal with rabies or contact of a wound or mucous membrane with its saliva.
Symptoms
Rabies cause:
- Pain and swelling around the bite
- Agitation
- Difficulty swallowing
- Seizures
Complication
Possible complication of rabies is death in all cases if no vaccination takes place.
Vaccine
The vaccine available to prevent rabies is the Rabies Vaccine.
