Everyone knows that kids adore chocolate. When good chocolate is consumed in moderation, it can be part of a healthy and balanced diet, especially if it encourages children to eat more fruit!

In fact, fruit is perfect for dipping in chocolate. Dark chocolate is preferable to milk chocolate, because dark chocolate contains less sugar and more cocoa.

Chocolate must contain at least 35% cocoa to be called dark chocolate. Consequently, to choose good chocolate, all you have to do is check the ingredients; the top two ingredients should be cocoa butter and cocoa powder.
