Access to Information
The Director of the Department of Library Resources of the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux oversees the application of the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information.
In this capacity, he must provide access to documents filed at the MSSS and ensure that personal information is not divulged to anyone not authorized by law.
